
The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) announced today that SEETEL has officially gone public, with its common shares listed and traded starting June 16, marking it as the 20th company listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB).
According to the TWSE, SEETEL ’s shares will have no price fluctuation limits for the first five trading days after listing. The company has a paid-in capital of NT$500 million and provides comprehensive one-stop energy storage services. Through its subsidiaries — Yunxi Certification, AUROSI Precision, and Ya Xi — the company offers safety certification, battery manufacturing, and energy storage project operations.
CET New Energy reported impressive results, with accumulated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts totaling 225 MW, battery contracts reaching 1,550 MWh, energy management EMS service contracts at 535 MW, and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts totaling 625 MWh.
